This post assumes you have a Windows ISO and Nutanix VirtIO ISO already uploaded to the Image Configuration:

From Prism Element:

Home -> VM -> +Create VM -> {enter Name and compute details} -> {remove CDROM as secure boot does not support IDE} -> select UEFI -> tick Secure Boot -> {Attach Windows ISO and Nutanix VirtIO ISO via CDROM w/ Clone from Image Service} ->

Add HDD for windows -> Add new NIC -> Save
