A General System Error Occurred. Failed to SSH connect to Peer Node

Problem

A general system error occurred. Failed to ssh conenct peer node xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

vCenter: 10.34.59.1

Peer: 10.34.59.2

Witness: 10.34.59.3

ha_fail1

Troubleshooting

SSH is enabled on the primary VC (10.34.59.1)

The peer deployed correctly and I could ping it via the HA link using HA IP addreses. However, I could not telnet on port 22 to 10.34.59.2

Resolution

I  rebooted  the VCSA (primary) and the deploy HA worked this time

Caveat

This system was just upgraded from VCSA 6.5. Although it showed as SSH being enabled (and i could actually SSH to the primary) on reboot it started as disabled. I re-enabled this and attempted the redeploy.
